Zenda is a cross-border money transfer brand. Features described on this website may include planned or upcoming functionality. Availability of corridors, payment methods, and transfer options is subject to regulatory approval and product readiness. Specific fees, rates, and delivery times will be presented in the app before you confirm a transfer.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of South Africa (or your place of residence, where applicable) to use Zenda. Additional identity verification and eligibility checks may apply before you can send money.
4. Account Registration
When accounts become available, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Transfers & Payments
Transfer details, including destination, amount, and applicable charges, will be shown before confirmation. By confirming a transfer you authorise Zenda to process the payment according to the information you provided. Refunds and cancellations, where available, are subject to product rules and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos (including the Zenda name and destination-dot mark), and software related to Zenda are owned by or licensed to Zenda Remit (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Zenda for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sending funds to prohibited parties or destinations. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
8. Third-Party Services
Zenda may rely on banking, payment, and technology partners to deliver transfers. Those services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures beyond our reasonable control, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenda Remit (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the website, waitlist, or services where necessary for compliance, security, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using Zenda at any time.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Zenda you acknowledge that processing of your information is necessary to operate the service and respond to enquiries.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
